10 Year Old Boy Dies in ATV Accident

A 10 year old boy was killed in an accident involving a ATV- four wheeler recreation vehicle this week.

The accident happen Tuesday afternoon and according to authorities speed was not a factor in the accident. The boy was on a trail when the ATV wheels caught ruts in the trail left by other four-by-four vehicles. His ATV flipped on its' side and the young boy got pinned underneath.

Arlo Vesey was transported to a hospital in Bismarck where he was pronounced dead. He was unresponsive at the site of the accident, but was still alive. He was life-flight to the medical center in Bismarck.

Billings County Sheriff spokesperson said it was an accident that could have happened to anyone.
