1/3 Of Us Are NOT Happy At Work….

I am blessed---I have a job that I love and nothing is more fun to me than waking you up every weekday morning from 5-10 at the Cool 98.7 Breakfast Table, but the rest of the world isn't quite to fortunate. 

According to a new survey, one third of all employees are miserable, feeling stressed out, underpaid, and overworked. They suffer from chronic stress, with low salaries, high workloads and too little opportunity for advancement.

Half of the employees surveyed also complained about their employers not bothering to get their feedback – with even more saying employers don't make changes based on their feedback. (AOL.com)
