American Men Are #1 At Being FAT!!!

It's always nice to be #1, but for American Men---something not to be so proud of---we are #1 when it comes to being fat.   A study was done of average American men in their 30's and the study compared his BI (Body Mass Index) to those men around the world.  And it's NOT pretty!

Here's the results of the study:

      Japan – BMI of 23.7

      The Netherlands – BMI of 25.2

      France – BMI of 25.55
