With summertime here and all the nice parks and trails we have in Bismarck and Mandan, it's a great time to get outside and do something that gets your heart beating a bit faster.

Well, if you find yourself feeling stressed(and who doesn't these days???)  Some new research tells us the more we get off of our hind ends and move and exercise, the less that stress and that ol' anxiety will bother us and have any negative effect.   I'd say this is another good reason to do a little working out...a little advice from your Early Morning Radio Pal!!
