Bismarck Police have made an arrest on the rash of graffiti vandalism cases from last week. The arrest came after tips from citizens and video evidence in the case.

The arrest of a 22 year old Bismarck man took place yesterday. (3/15) Through the investigation, police found the suspect's home address and found the vehicle captured in surveillance video, it was through the video, they discovered the suspect's name, through the registration of the car. Police also found a hat that was captured in the video. Several surveillance photos captured the suspect purchasing spray paint at a local store.

Some of the damages included The Mandan Eagles Park at Collins and 14th St, an apartment garage next to the Eagles Park, the Lewis and Clark Elementary School in the 600blk of 14th St NW and the old Junior High Building on the 400 block of 4th St NW.

Damages could surpass over $5000. The investigation continues.
