Best Cities For A Tan….

We finally had a really nice sunny day Sunday--it was great for the Buggies-N-Blues---we all got a chance to soak up some rays, but with the ever changing North Dakota weather we seem to have here in Bismarck and Mandan----I found a list of the cities that are best for adding a little color to each and every one of us!
