When a Bismarck High School student gets busted on an alcohol charge, they can expect to experience not only legal consequences, but some rather harsh consequences from the school's administration.As it is, a student caught drinking (or attending a party where someone is drinking) can face a six-week suspension from any extra-curricular activities. Events and activities like prom, National Honor Society and participation in clubs and athletics are included. Second time offenders can expect an 18-week suspension.
