Citizen Survey Allows Bismarck Residents to Provide Feedback About Police Department
In an opportunity that only comes around once every three years, the Bismarck Police Department is giving residents a chance to voice their opinions about law enforcement.
Open to anyone 18 years an older, whether a Bismarck resident or not, the survey is meant to determine citizen attitudes toward and opinions of the police department, identify safety and security concerns, and to give the public the opportunity to offer suggestions for improvement. The input will be used when amending or adopting police community relations policies and procedures, for performance improvement, and strategic planning.
There are 16 total questions on the survey, allowing residents to rate the overall performance of the department, provide positive or negative feedback on specific officers, and more.
If you're interested in taking the survey, visit Bismarck's city website.
