COOL Photo of the Week Contest Winner For August 12
This week's photo of the week says, "North Dakota" more than any photo we have received so far.
When I think of North Dakota, I think of two things. The most beautiful sky in America and oil.
The picture submitted this week by Brock Overbo speaks those two things perfectly.
His picture was very similar to a photo submitted by Tandra Kraft which you can see in the video above or the photo gallery below. She had a almost an identical picture except with farm equipment instead of the oil rig machines.
It was hard to choose between the two but the photo quality of Brock's was just a bit superior to that of Tandra so that gave Brock the edge.
Brock wins lunch for two to Dunn Brothers Coffee. Everyone who entered photo gets another entry to win a get away to Montana.
