COOL Photo of the Week Contest Winner for July 29

I tried really hard not to choose a picture of the sky this week. But when something is so breathtaking, you have to go with it.

Congratulations to Laura Gardner who wins lunch for two to Dunn Bros. Coffee. Her picture of the Northern Lights on a clear night with the stars shining bright and the silhouette of trees is just the perfect picture.

I had to do a reverse image search of it just to make sure it wasn't stolen from the internet. I couldn't find it anywhere, so I have to trust Laura actually took it.

Laura said she took the photo last month at Lake Sakakawea State Park.

If we ever do a contest looking at all the winning photos and we choose a 'COOLEST photo of all time, this one would certainly be in the running.
