A cool artsy photo on a bridge is this week's COOL Photo of the Week.

Many times our photo winners show pictures with the sun or at least the weather being nice. But this week, a gloomy picture is the winner.

Some fog and rain with a large tower in the background, a leaf in the foreground, and a bridge took the victory this week.
