COOL Photo of the Week Contest Winner for September 2

It wasn't an easy decision, but a decision had to be made because that's the rules.

Marshall Lipp managed to take a photo of I don't even know but it looks like a cool shade of blue sky with a sunset and some rain. It's pretty insane.
