Ran across something a little odd to me----with everything so stressful in our daily lives--it's pretty normal for us to battle to be happy.   So---what's a good thing to do--to try to obtain a little happiness??  Here's your--in my opinion---very odd answer!


According to a article in Psychological Science, getting rid of your hassles and troubles is as easy as writing them down ... and throwing them in the garbage can---seriously!!!

I'd say---let's give it a shot.   The next time you're feeling not so happy and thinking that left sucks----here's what you do---write down all that is bothering and hassling you and then throw the list right in the ol' trash can.   See if it works!!! (WomensHealth)
