Conventional wisdom says that eating a hearty breakfast keeps you from overeating the rest of the day.



According to a new study--that might NOT be the case.  Researchers found that breakfast habits varied, with some people skipping breakfast altogther and other times consuming either a big or small meal.  But, those who ate a BIG breakfast ended up eating more calories at the end of day then those who either skipped breakfast or ate a regular-sized you know!
