We're all dying.
Think about it. The minute you're born, the clock starts ticking and you're pretty much on a death march to the end of your days.
There are things you can do to make the clock tick a bit longer. And on the other hand, there are things you can do to speed the clock up and send you to the grave even earlier.
According to CoedMagazine.com, here are some everyday things that will eventually kill you:
Sitting on the Couch -- Not exercising can give you cancer. All you need is 30 minutes of moving around a day to get this straightened out.
Eating Crap -- Junk food could actually be a bigger danger than smoking, as it leads to heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, strokes and cancer.
Drinking Booze -- While moderate alcohol consumption can improve health, who drinks moderately? Anything past a couple drinks per night causes liver disease, high blood pressure and increases the risk of an auto accident.
Smoking -- The no-brainer. No health benefits here.
Tanning -- Over a million Americans are diagnosed with skin cancer every year, which is bad news for people who go to tanning beds -- as the UVA rays from tanning booths are two to three times more powerful than the rays from the sun.
