Throughout November, officers from the Fargo Police Department were allowed to grow facial hair in support of another officer battling cancer. They also did a little dancing to boot.

The video above was posted to the Fargo Police Department's YouTube channel earlier today (12/1) and features the officers doing the 'Cupid Shuffle.'

The 'Movember' challenged issued to the Fargo Police Department was on behalf of Alex Schilke, an officer with the East Grand Forks Police Department who is currently going through cancer treatment. Schilke was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin lymphoma in June.

Growing the facial hair alone wasn't enough, though. The officers of the Fargo Police Department were also able to raise $9,681.63, which will go to help Officer Schilke's fight.

Congratulations to the Fargo Police Department for doing such an awesome job raising so much money for Officer Schilke. Perhaps a few of the officers will even consider keeping their mustaches.
