Fargo Man Flees from Police in Stolen Vehicle — Twice
A Fargo man has been jailed after attempting to elude authorities twice, both times in a stolen vehicle.
Zachary Rogers, 23, made his escape from Cass County and Fargo police in two different stolen automobiles on Feb. 10.
He was caught in the second, a white truck, after fleeing police who tried pulling him over for speeding. Veering off into a nearby field, Rogers quickly found himself stuck in the snow that deeply blanketed it.
When Rogers was arrested, he was identified as the driver of a different stolen vehicle earlier that day.
Rogers faces charges of driving under suspension, fleeing authorities and possession of stolen property, on top of five other outstanding warrants.
