Though he didn't hear his name called during the seven rounds of the 2015 NFL Draft, former North Dakota State running back John Crockett will have the chance to make an NFL team, after signing as an undrafted free agent with the Green Bay Packers.

Crockett confirmed the signing on Twitter:

NFL.com projected Crockett as a sixth or seventh round draft pick, but Crockett never heard his name called.

Like many other players that don't hear their name called during the draft, though, Crockett still found a place to call home.

As a senior at NDSU, Crockett set school records for all-purpose yards (2,419), rushing yards (1,994), and rushing attempts (368). He also ran for 21 touchdowns, according to GoBison.com.
