FREEZE WARNING for Bismarck-Mandan Area- Rain and Wind Moves Out

Expect the wind and rain to move out of the area this afternoon with gradual clearing. The Bismarck-Mandan area will be moving into a week of cooler temperatures.

The area has a slight chance of freezing precipitation and light snow this week.

The freeze warning will go into effect for the area from 1am to 10am Sunday. Over night lows will be between 25-30 degrees according to the NWS. The freezing temperatures can kill tender vegetation and have an effect on crows as precautionary measures should be taken in the early hours of Saturday afternoon to prevent damage.
