“Who’s On First”  1^st production of the 35th year for the Dakota Stage.  This is a fun play with a touch of “Groundhog Day” to it.  Lots of zaniness and antics.  Performances WED-SAT at 730pm and SUN at 2pm at the Dakota State, 412 East Main downtown Bismarck.     Tickets $22.

••24^th Annual German Supper is on FRIDAY at the Bismarck Eagles.   A great German Supper is being served up from 5-7pm.  $10 per person.  Cheese utton Casserole, Knoepfla & Kraut, Sausage, and much more.  Plus Bingo and live music.  $10  Bismarck Eagles 313 North 26^th Street. 

••The Price Is Right With host Jerry Springer is on FRI night at 730 at the Bismarck Civic Center.  It’s your favorite TV game show live.  Contestants will be picked at random.   Tickets $29/50-$49.50

••JFK Film Festival is on FRIDAY 7pm, At the North Dakota Heritage Center at the Capitol.  This week’s film is the classic “7 Days In May.” FREE!!!

••One Woman Show  Is on FRI & SAT at 730pm.  This performance is based on the writings of Emily Dickinson.  This presentation will be at the Former Governor’s Mansion here in Bismarck.  FREE. 

••The Haunted Fort at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park Opens up FRIDAY & SATURDAY night at 730pm and stays open until 11pm!!  7 miles south of Mandan on Highway 1806.  Bigger and scarier than ever!  Tickets $12, VIP passes $32.

••Flu Shot Clinic is on SAT at Gateway Fashion Mall---Get your flu shot at the Mid Dakota Clinic from 9am-1pm.  No appointment is necessary.

••Special Pre-School Discovery Hour is on SAT from 1030-11am at the Gateway To Science Center.  It’s activities and fun designed for kids ages 3 thru Kindergarten.  Lots of hands on fun for the kids.  Members are FREE, non-members $7.  1810 Schafer Street in Bismarck.

••44^th Annual Flickertail Woodcarving Show.  Is on SAT & SUN from 12noon-430pm at the Bismarck Career Academy.  40 woodcarvers will be doing demos, doing woodcarvings, and even beginning woodcarving classes will be offered.  FREE!!! 

••The Legendary Moody Blues In-Concert SATURDAY NIGHT  730pm at the Bismarck Civic Center.  Tickets $35, $49.50 and $75. 

••Halloween At The Vintage Shoppe at Buckstop Junction  is on SAT from 12noon-4pm.  The “Miles of Smiles Clown” are taking over the Vintage Shoppe on Saturday.  For the kids free face painting and free balloon animals, along with treats and fun galore.    Halloween & Fall Decorations will be offered on sale at 20% off.   It’s right off the East Bismarck Expressway.

••Get Ready For Some Roller Derby Queens.  The Bismarck Bombshellz will meet the Black Hills Roller Derby League from Spearfish SATURDAY night.  Doors open at 5, and the action starts at 6 at in the Exhibit Hall B at the Civic Center. 

••Missouri Valley Chamber Orchestra October Concert is on SUN at 3pm at Shepherd Of The Valley Lutheran Church.  Music from Mozart, Haydn and more will be featured.  $18 for adults, $10 for students, kids 15 & under $5.  801 East Denver Avenue in Bismarck.

••St Mary’s Parish Fall Dinner is on SUN from 4-630pm.  Delicious dinner featuring Turkey and all the trimmings.  Plus a silent auction and bake sale.  $7.50 for adults, and $3.50 for kids 4-12.   807 East Thayer in Bismarck

••BisMarket Farmers Market is open SAT from 9am-1pm at Bismarck’s Sertoma Park, near Shelter 5.  Use the entrance by the Amusement Park.  Locally grown farm-fresh products, this is a great health choice.  FREE admission!!

••Mandan Farmers Market is open SAT starting at 8am at Heritage Park on Main Street.  Open til everything sells out.   Also open TUES at 10am, and SAT thru October 29^th.

••Come & See The Animals!  The Dakota Zoo now has their fall hours and is open FRI-SAT & SUN from 1-5pm weather permitting.    $7 for adults, $4 for children.  

••Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is now open and continues thru October 19^th.  It’s north of Bismarck along the Missouri River, at 5001 Fernwood Drive.  Lots of free activities, plus a bale maze, corn maze, train rides, zip lines, hayrides plus the pumpkin cannon and FUN!  Open on Monday and then on Thursdays from 5-7pm and on Weekends from 12noon-5pm

••Capital Farmers Market is open Friday starting at 3pm, and is open all day Saturday in the K-Mart Parking Lot starting at 8am.
