••The Alfred Hitchcock play “He Taught me Everything I Know” will be on stage FRI & SAT at 730pm and SUN at 230pm at the Mandan High School Auditorium. Tickets are $6 at the door for adults and $4 for senior citizens and students.

••Like Quilting? The Bi-Annual Capital Quiltfest is on FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY at the Doublewood Inn. Over 100 quilts will be on display. Over 8 quilt stores from our area will have displays and stuff on sale. Fri 3-8pm, Sat 930-530 and Sun 10am-4pm. Admission is $5 for those 12 and older!

••Big Fun Scrapbooking Day is ON SAT from 9am-Midnight at St. Joseph’s School. Hosted by the school’s PTO. Cost is $10-$20, and the school is located at 410-Collins Avenue in Bismarck.
••Big Holiday Arts & Crafts Sale is on SAT from 10am-2pm at the Spirit Of Life Activity Center on 1st Street Southeast in Mandan. Over 25 vendors will be on hand to help you start your holiday shopping. Lunch will be available. Free admission.
••Christmas At The Vintage Shoppe at Buckstop Junction is on SAT from 12noon-4pm. Proceeds benefit the Missouri Valley Historical Society.
