••Bismarck Tribune Sports Show is On This Weekend.    The 44th annual Sports Show is on at the Bismarck Civic Center & Exhibition Hall.  Lots of great stuff focusing on hunting, fishing, boating and more.  FRI 3-9pm  SAT 10-6, and SUN 12N-5pm   Adults $3, kids just a buck. 

 

••Sons Of Norway Monthly Social is on FRI from 615-11 at the Bismarck Eagles Club.    Live stand up comedy and live music for dancing.  Dinner at 615pm  Bismarck Eagles Club is on 26th.

 

••Spirit Of Life Knights Of Columbus Lenten Fish Fry is on FRI from 5-730pm.  Pollock, jumbo shrimp, and all the trimmings.  $8.  Spirit Of Life Church is at 801-1st Street in Mandan.  

 

••Wanna make your marriage stronger?  The Art of Marriage Conference is on FRI and SAT at the Frances Leach High Prairie Arts and Science Complex on Schafter Street.  $40 per couple.

 

••Big Scrapbooking Fundraiser is on SAT from 10am-10pm at First Lutheran Church in Mandan.   Lots of table space, prizes and tons of fun.  This is a benefit for the Mandan Middle School History Club and their upcoming trip to Washington D.C. at the end of May.

 

••Got Little Kids?  Preschool Discovery Hour is on Saturday from 1030-1130 at the Gateway To Science.  This program is for kids ages 3 thru Kindergarten along with a parent or other favorite adult.  Gateway To Science is at 1810 Schafer Street.

 

••It’s Monday Movie Day at the Bismarck Public Library.  The family movie showing this MONDAY from 130-3 is “Frankenweenie,” and its rated PG.  FREE.   Bismarck Public Library as at 515 North 5th Street.

An affirming and suspenseful story about a young woman’s struggle to love again, Safe Haven is based on the novel from Nicholas Sparks, the best-selling author behind the hit films The Notebook and Dear John.  This movie stars Josh Duhamel, and Julianne Hough.
