According to a new Australian study, people who are engaged in sedentary jobs are at risk of heart disease - and a larger waistline.

Researchers found that the total amount of time you spend sitting down is linked to terrible things like heart disease, diabetes, increased waist size and high cholesterol.

So get up and move -- and don't worry about it lowering your productivity level. Regular breaks actually increase the productivity in the long run by keeping the environment fit and healthy.
