I'm a dad with a son and daughter and while you'd think that the stress of being a dad would be enough to kill you, the truth is NOT having kids actually puts you at risk.

At least, that's what a new study from Stanford University has shown.

Men without kids may be at greater risk of dying from heart disease.

Researchers found that men who have not fathered children have a 17 percent greater risk of death from heart disease compared with men who have kids.

And, the more kids the merrier. Having one kid reduces your risk slightly -- but having more than one kid really improves your odds of surviving.
