A new study just out says 15 percent of American adults aren’t online at all, while a unbelievable 34 percent of that group find the Internet very uninteresting, a total waste of time or entirely unnecessary.

There's more to this study 32 percent claim the Internet is too difficult to navigate, they’re or they are very afraid about viruses, spam or those icky identity thieves.  And around 19 percent claim that even having a computer and paying for the internet simply costs too much.    (Now MSN)
