Leave it to doctors to take this awesome time of year to slam you for chowing down on something everyone loves -- Halloween candy.

According to the American Dietetic Association, some candies more evil than others.

Here's a rundown of the "healthiest" candy out there:

      Jolly Ranchers -- Three of these hard candies have 70 calories, no fat and 11 grams of sugar. It's hard to do much better than that.

      Blow Pops -- This 18-gram candy-gum combo has 60 calories, no fat and 13 grams of sugar.

      Gobstoppers -- Nine pieces have 60 calories, no fat and 14 grams of sugar.

      Pixy Stix -- There are 60 calories, 0 grams of fat and 15 grams of sugar in seven straws.

      Candy Corn -- 19 pieces of this classic candy has 140 calories, no fat and 32 grams of sugar.

       

Heres the unhealthiest candy on the planet. Dig in!

      Mr. Goodbar -- A Mr. Goodbar will cost you 250 calories, 17 grams of fat (including seven grams of saturated fat) and 23 grams of sugar.

      NutRageous -- Another nutty candy, the NutRageous bar, will run you 260 calories, 16 grams of fat (including five grams of saturated fat) and 22 grams of sugar.

      Snickers -- Maybe a Snickers bar really should be a meal on its own. It's got 280 calories, 14 grams of fat - (including five grams of saturated fat) and 30 grams of sugar.

      Baby Ruth -- One delicious bar has 280 calories, 14 grams of fat (including 8 grams of saturated fat).

      Mounds -- The only candy on the "Worst 5" list to not have peanuts, the Mounds bar has 230 calories, 13 grams of fat and 21 grams of sugar. It also has 10 grams of saturated fat, the most of any of the 37 candies they looked at.
