Holiday Spending Is Going Down Yet Again…

Now that Halloween is less then 2 weeks from being over, it's only logical that we all start looking toward ... Christmas? According to the National Retail Federation, overall, Americans will spend an average of 2.3 percent more than they did last year.  But, many people say they're not going to open their wallets too far -- or at all. 40 percent of those surveyed said they plan to spend less than last year. And, 10 percent said they're not buying any gifts at all.
