Mornings can be tough--I know I'm up weekday mornings around 4am! According to a new survey, Monday mornings are so depressing that very few people even crack a smile until just before noon. The average time for the first Monday smile is 11:16 a.m. Half of those surveyed admitted they are usually late for work on Monday after struggling to get up after the weekend -- and most people only manage three-and-a-half hours of actual productive work.
And when workers aren't late or wasting time at their desks, they are likely complaining. The research team found 45- to 54-year-olds spend 12 minutes of an average Monday complaining about the fact that it's Monday.

So---why not buck the trend and smile early this morning? I'm your "Early Morning Pal," and SMILING!!!
