Well---according to a new study----looks like I am way below average, and I can go for a few hours at a time and not even mess with my cell phone...not check it for missed called or text messages, and I may be in the minority it seems.......

While it seems as if people are constantly on their smartphones, it may not be so far from the truth, as a new study shows that people, on average, check their phones every six-and-a-half minutes.

So, in the 16 hours awake per day, the average person checks his or her phone a whopping 150 times.

The study also found that this isn’t just reserved for smartphone users, as people with less fancy phones are also just as likely to check their phones a bunch.
