How To Keep Your Kids OFF Of Facebook

If your kids are spending way too much time on Facebook and you'd like to get them to get off of their hind ends and off the computer.  You may want to try this--and pay them---crazy or what?!?!?!  A 14-year-old girl Rachael Baier did this and may be getting paid for NOT Facebooking (is Facebooking a word?--it IS now!!!

The particular teenager needed to earn money and also found Facebook to be a huge distraction in her life. So she got her dad to draw up a contract stating that if she could abstain from the social networking site from February 4th until June 26th – as in deactivating her account – her dad would pay her $200. Rachel will receive $50 in April, and the remaining $150 in June if she continues to abide by the agreement. (Gawker)
