According to a recent poll, two-thirds of Americans believe in soulmates.

Unfortunately, the soulmate types are 150% more likely to get divorced, while those with a more practical and traditional view of marriage were more likely to stay together.

By The Numbers ...

73 percent of those in the 18-29 age group believe their soulmate is out there.

Only 62 percent of those over the age of 60 buy the soulmate concept ... but 96 percent of them said they felt they'd married the "right" person.
