2016 is a big year for Kansas, with the band celebrating not only an anniversary, but also their first new album in 16 years.

Before their show at Prairie Knights Casino and Resort on Saturday, June 11th, one of the two remaining original members of Kansas, guitarist Richard Williams, called in to discuss to discuss a myriad of topics, including the 40th anniversary of the band's breakthrough album, 'Leftoverture,' which the band will play in its entirety on tour later this year.

Williams also discussed the additions of Ronnie Platt and Zak Rizvi to the band's lineup and their new album, 'The Prelude Implicit,' which will be released later this year.
