Here's something really good for all of us!!  If you don’t want strange odors seeping through your pores, here’s a rundown of foods you need to avoid because they – for one reason or another – make you smell:

Broccoli, Cabbage, and Brussels Sprouts – The good news about these veggies is that they are filled with nutrients and antioxidants that help the body get rid of toxins. The bad news is they also contain sulfur, which cause flatulence.

Onions – After your body digests onions, their oils absorb into the bloodstream, get into your lungs, and come through your breath.

High Fiber Foods – Another risk/reward food. Fiber is definitely good for you, but it makes your sweat reek and causes you to become bloated and gassy.

Coffee – Because coffee is acidic, it dries your mouth out, causing bacteria to grow, which leads to bad breath. (Yahoo Shine)
