Learn to Make Sausage From the Burleigh County Extension Service

Deer season, all that meat and all that warm food we cook during the winter season here in North Dakota, many of those meals include delicious sausage. Now you have an opportunity to learn to make your own sausage.

This is a hands on class that will teach you to handle and prepare meat to make delicious sausage on Monday November 25th starting at 5:15 p.m. at the Burleigh County 4-H Building on the Bismarck Expressway. There is a $5 charge and you'll learn the advantages of using various meats, seasonings and casings. You'll also have samples and recipes to take home.
