Madden NFL 17 won't be out until August 23rd, but the game's player ratings have already been released.

According to ESPN, Madden NFL 17 has given second overall pick Carson Wentz a rating of 77, which is the exact same rating they gave first overall pick Jared Goff.

Wentz and Goff have the exact same rating in 20 different categories, though Madden NFL gave the former NDSU quarterback the edge in speed, agility, carrying, jumping, trucking, and elusiveness.

Unfortunately for both Wentz and Goff, a 77 rating couldn't get them in the top ten among this season's rookies. Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey received the best overall rating of any rookie with a 82.
