Swedish retail chain H&M has announced that they will open a 22,000-square-foot store inside Bismarck's Kirkwood Mall this fall.

According to The Bismarck Tribune, the Kirkwood Mall location will be H&M's first in North Dakota, though there are plans to open more in the future.

The store will be located on the south end of the mall, next to JC Penney, and will be taking over spaces once occupied by Arby's, HotSpring Spas, and Mid Dakota Clinic.

H&M's Kirkwood Mall location will feature clothing for both men and women, along with accessories and beauty products. The store will also carry H&M's children's collection.

The new store will add jobs to the Bismarck area, though the company could not confirm how many employees it would hire, according to The Bismarck Tribune.

Renovations at the Kirkwood Mall are set to begin March 1st.
