Man Breaks Into Home in Bismarck and Hold Woman Agaisnt Her Will

Bismarck Police were called to a possible domestic incident in the 400 block of North 16th Street, July 3rd shortly after 4 AM.

When police arrived they saw a woman with her hands behind her back through the window. Officers knocked at the front door as another officer was at the back door. The man tried to run from the back door and was handcuffed.

The suspect is a 37 year old Bismarck man. The complainant is a 30 year old Bismarck woman. The woman said she did not know the suspect. She said she was awoken by the man and her against her will. They struggled and he threatened her.

Charges are expected this afternoon.
