The seventh-seeded IUPUI Jaguars upset the North Dakota State Bison in the quarterfinals of the Summit League Tournament on Saturday night, 76-57.

The Jaguars (14-17) shot 50 percent for the game and ran away with the game in the second half, in which they outscored NDSU, 39-24. The Bison (19-11) were held to just 25 percent shooting in the second half as they were 6 of 24 from the field.

IUPUI was led by Aaron Brennan, who posted a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Junior Paul Miller led NDSU with 24 points and 7 rebounds in the loss.

The Bison trailed 37-33 at the half and cut the lead to 44-43 with 13:31 remaining, but an ensuing 9-0 run by the Jaguars helped put the game away. NDSU will not advance to the Summit League championship game for the first time in five season.

IUPUI advances to the semifinals, where they'll meet the winner of 3-seeded Omaha and 6-seeded Fort Wayne. The semifinal matchup is Monday night at 8:30.
