Michael Leier of Fargo Makes Chairs Turn at ‘The Voice’ Blind Auditions
Michael Leier of Fargo, North Dakota made it on to the third round of televised blind auditions for The Voice last night -- and made an impression.
Belting out an impressive cover of Pearl Jam's "Last Kiss" in a voice startling similar to Eddie Vedder's, though not overly-imitative, Leier sparked one of those now-famous verbal volleys between judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. Both badly wanted him for their teams.
In the end, after much deliberation, Leier chose Team Adam.
Tune in tonight at 7pm central to see how the teams begin to shake out.
