The Minnesota Vikings have at least one quarterback returning, as the team has re-signed Matt Cassel to a two-year deal, according to ESPN.

Cassel started six games for the Vikings last year, amassing 1,807 yards and 11 touchdowns.

The Vikings used three total QBs last year: Cassel, Christian Ponder, and Josh Freeman.

Another possible starting quarterback option for the Vikings is Michael Vick, who is a free agent. Running back Adrian Peterson took to Twitter to say that adding Vick would make the Vikings a playoff team. The tweet has since been deleted.
