Furman proved to be no match for the North Dakota State Bison, as they rolled 38-7 in their 2nd round matchup in the FCS Playoffs.

The game was actually close at the half, with NDSU kicking a field goal right before the whistle to take a 10-7 lead. The Bison opened things up in the second half, however, and outscored Furman 28-0 to win the game 38-7 and set up a duel with Coastal Carolina next weekend.

The Bison had 516 total yards in the game: 267 on the ground and 249 through the air. Quarterback Brock Jensen had his longest run of the year during the game, a 53-yard scamper to cap off the scoring for the Bison.

NDSU will host Coastal Carolina next weekend, who upset Montana earlier today 42-35.
