It was a tale of two QBs. The Eagles have the right one.

In the battle of the first round picks coming off of injury, Carson Wentz was victorious.

His line was 25/37 for 255 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception.  Not bad from a guy playing his first live football game in nearly a year. Yes, he was at home and he was playing the Colts, but may I remind you, he was playing against Andrew Luck.  So many times we've Luck bring his team back to victory, but not today though.

There was some rust, as could be expected, but in the end he got the W.

Here are some Highlights courtesy of the NFL on Youtube:

All in all, Wentz was dealing when his team needed him.  That first TD to Dallas Goedert was special. It was almost effortless.

There were some scary moments though, like every time he scrambled out of the pocket, and of course when he ran for the first down and dove.

That's his game though. It was great to see him back to his old self.

NFL watch out!
