Guess I'm a little unusual, I fall asleep at night almost instantly--within just minutes--I'm out like a light, but for many getting to sleep is hard, and I found out that if you text too close to bedtime it will make it even harder to fall asleep.

A new study just released shows that keeping your smart phone or IPhone right by your bed can actually screw up your sleep in many ways!   The ringing will wake you up. The light that comes from the screen, and then of course feeling like you have to respond to a text sent by your best friend or buddy.   And those are just the top three.  So--I say, put your phone on silent or vibrate, or even better---TURN IT OFF!  That's why there is voicemail and you'll have texts to look forward to seeing when you wake up!!  (Today)
