North Dakotans Should Sell Their House and Buy Land on the Moon

We have yet to colonize the moon but you should buy land there now while you can still afford it.

If you believe humans may one day live on the moon, now is the right time to buy and plan ahead. The real estate blog Estately looked at the median value of homes in every state and looked into what else you can purchase for that same value.

In Michigan, residents can buy a zamboni for the same price as the median household price in the state. People in Pennsylvania can buy 837 alligators.

But for us in North Dakota, the median price for a home is $142,000 which is apparently about the same cost as 6 square miles of real estate on the moon.

Your great great great grandchildren will thank you for your early investment in moon property so it is definitely worth considering.
