Good Housekeeping put together a list of the craziest ice cream flavors from each state.

Chocolate, vanilla, and horseradish? Horseradish ice cream, available in New York, is just one of the craziest ice cream flavors around the United States. Here are a few of the weirdest:

  • Sriracha - Ohio
  • Cardamom Black Pepper - Minnesota
  • Black Sesame Ginger - South Carolina
  • Goat Cheese Beet Swirl - Colorado
  • Sweet Corn - Arizona
  • Olive Oil - New Jersey
  • Tomato Sorbet - Washington

North Dakota's is definitely not the craziest, but won't appeal to most. Scoops in Fargo is home to the black licorice flavored ice cream.  Enough people seem to love the blue-grey colored ice cream to keep it on the menu!

Which state, in my opinion, has the craziest flavor of all? Ben and Bill's Chocolate Emporium has a butter infused ice cream topped with one of Maine's delicacies; lobster. This combination of dinner and dessert might be crazy enough to work!
