It really breaks my heart when I see a child that is overweight---usually they will carry that extra weight on into adulthood----so I have a fairly easy way to keep your kids from packing on the pounds.  According to a new study out----if you can get your kids in bed a little earlier that can help!  So they don't wind up like the photo below!


The researchers found that it's not just those sugar-filled sodas, too much time watching tv and playing computer games, or good ol' fast good that is causing kids to pack on the pounds---it's also lack of sleep!   Seems when your kiddos get a little more sleep they will eat around 134 few calories a day---and each week will lose a half a pound in weight---COOL BEANS!!!  (NY Daily News)
