    Safe riding is the key to any successful outing on an OHV. North Dakota law requires youth ages 12-16 who do not have a valid driver's license or learner’s permit to take a safety certification class. The certification is needed in order to legally operate OHVs on any public lands including trails and ditches. Cost is $20 per student and you can call 701-328-5348 or visit ND Park & Rec's website to register for the course. NOTE:  If your youth is 11 1/2 at time of course he/she may still take the course and the license will be sent out once the student turns 12 years of age.

    **Class size is limited to the first 30 people who register**
