See the Huge Sinkhole that Developed Overnight in Fargo
One Fargo driver was surprised to find a large sinkhole early Tuesday (7/5) morning.
A 911 call was made around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 5th to report the sinkhole. The hole is roughly 10 to 12 feet wide taking up one lane of traffic. Cars have been able to make their way around the sinkhole which has been clearly blocked off.
Although some originally thought the sinkhole was caused by the large amount of storms in the area, further investigation showed that the hole was caused by a collapsed sewer.
It is recommended that people avoid the area.
