My kids are in their 20's...so this does apply so much to me as it does to you parents that have younger kids.   A new study out, says it doesn't matter so much what the time is when your kids hit the sack at night---what does matter is that their bedtime happens around the same time each and every night.  Now the question from mom's and dad's is "WHY????"

Researchers found that getting to bed at the same time every night helps kids get better scores on a bunch of intellectual tests.

The bottom line is that a regular time to go "night night" actually make kids smarter.  And I'd say that IS a good thing, eh??? (Boston.com)
