Millions of people will be glued to the TV on Super Bowl Sunday watching two teams battle in the indoor comfort of the Superdome in New Orleans. But that will change next year, much to the delight of football purists who believe the weather elements are as much a part of the game as 4th down conversions and blocked punts.

Super Bowl 48 will be played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, complete with whatever mother nature has in store. For the first time ever, the Super Bowl may have to be played in freezing temperatures, blustery winds and, dare we say, snow. The way the game should be played, some might say. So enjoy it, because Super Bowl 49 in 2015 returns to Arizona.
